I’m sure a lot of people have heard that looking at baby animals will make you feel good inside. I even read that it may increase productivity at work. I haven’t tried that, yet, but I am ok with the warm and fuzzies. One day when I had a few hours on my hands, I whipped up this picture. It didn’t actually take 3 hours, but I took a lunch break for an hour somewhere in the middle of drawing it. It is an oil pastel drawn on a 5×7 ampersand pastelbord. I love using pastelboard when I use pastels. I gave it to a friend and she requested a couple more, a drawing of a lamb and one of a kid (the baby goat variety, not a child lol). Anyhoo, here is my picture of a calf in a field.
lovely 🙂
